Mane and Tail Shampoo or Garnier Fructis Length and Strength for Hair Growth?

Which one will grow my hair better and quicker.Mane and Tail Shampoo or Garnier Fructis Length and Strength for Hair Growth?
Ive used over 12 shampoos and only these two are the best.

Ive tried what you have tried and they did not work for me.

First, you have to get your hair in better condition.

Use nexxus shampoo and conditioners

www.nexxus.com

or organix coconut milk shampoo and conditioners

http://www.organixhair.com/coconutmilk.a鈥?/a>

my hair broke off very badly and now its growing back

I take a biotin vitamin and eat protein

you might can get a protein treatment at your salon. Drink PLENTY of water.

dont use a lot of grease

use coconut oil, it is good for textured hair

go natural for about a year or as long as you can

do not blow dry or flat iron

(or keep the blow dryer on the ';cool setting';)

sometimes when I had time, I left a deep gentle conditioner in my hair all night or all day then washed it out.

trim your ends every 2 or 4 weeks, Organix has good split ends, repair, and anti-breakage serums.

wrap your hair with a silk hair cap or wrap

put a shower cap on when you deep condition and condition

ALWAYS rinse out your conditioner with cold water, it closes the cuticles and prevents damage.

My hair is coming back thick and full and my ends are healthy, it takes time but natural coconut oil from a indian store is great to nourish your scalp.

stay away from hair sprays and stuffMane and Tail Shampoo or Garnier Fructis Length and Strength for Hair Growth?
try nioxin

it promotes hair growth, and also helps thicken the hair you already have.

you need to use the shampoo, conditioner and scalp therapy to fully benefit from it though
mane and tail and it would be alot haelthier for your hair to and get hair growing faster also you could also take prenatal vitimins to help it grow faster
Neither...Their is nothing that can make your hair grow faster, But keeping it healthy.
Prolly the horse shampoo?
