Garnier Fructis shampoo and conditioner and deep conditioner?

what is the difference between conditioner and ';deep'; conditioner and how do i use after shampooing i can not use both in the same day or should i take turns on it, how should i use it!!!





well it is because i brought shampoo and coniditioner and on both of them on top was a bottle of deep coniditioner and i want to use it

Deep conditioners are meant to penetrate the hair and repair it or add humectants, whereas typical conditioners, the ';cream rinses'; work on the surface to smooth it and seal it.





I would suggest using deep conditoner once or twice a week.
