I use Length and Strength because my hair is damanged from over-processing and I want it to grow long fast.Which Garnier Fructis Shampoo and Conditioner do you Use? and Why did you pick that one?
The sleek and shine because my hair is frizzy no matter what the weather, and I don't blow-dry it or have split ends. This keeps the frizz down to a minimum, even on the most humid of days! No matter what the weather is, it doesn't change my usual routine of shampoo, condition, comb, air-dry, bursh, run out the door!
