John frieda frizz ease shampoo/conditioner VS garnier fructis shampoo/conditoner?

my hair isnt really that frizzy... but it's slightly dry.. so which is better to keep frizz away for soft, moisturized, shiny hair?John frieda frizz ease shampoo/conditioner VS garnier fructis shampoo/conditoner?
if your hair is frizzy because its dry some intensive moisturizer should fix the problem.

My personal favorite is the Aussie line. They actually have a smoothing version of their deeeep conditioner. try the ';syndey smooth';.John frieda frizz ease shampoo/conditioner VS garnier fructis shampoo/conditoner?
