Garnier Fructis is the best!! It helps fight frizz.Which is good shampoo selsun blue or garnier fructis?
Never tried selsun blue, but I give 2 thumbs up for garnier fructis, although it doesn't feel as good as say, pantene when applying it (doesn't lather much), it feels great after.Which is good shampoo selsun blue or garnier fructis?
I prefer garnier fructis myself. I've used both and at least garnier smells really nice.
selsum blue...garnier fructis has acid from fruit in it which over time strips your hair shaft and fries it. it is kinda like acid eroding at your skin, but in this case its your hair

Selsun Blue is really for people with dry, itchy scalps. Garnier fructis has various shampoos that coincide with the type of hair you have i.e. curly, straight, permed/colored...They also have the finishing products to go with them like moisturizers, mousse, ans so on...
