Read ';Don't go shopping for hair care products without me'; by Paula Begoin. Basically, all shampoos and conditioners are the same, with different amounts of slip agent and scent. The beauty industry is full of false advertizing, and nothing can repair your hair once it is damaged. The only thing to look for when shopping for shampoo is if it has sodium lauryl sulfate, which will dry your hair out and cause it to break. Sodium laureth sulfate is OK, so just remember that ';laureth'; is good, but ';lauryl'; makes your hair ';ill.'; It's very hard to find shampoo without it. Also avoid too much sun exposure. Wear a hat.





I should also add that shampoos like Pantene are full of wax, so it makes your hair seem like it is softer and smoother for a little while, but it isn't really doing anything good for your hair at all, and eventually the buildup will make your hair start to look gross. If you like the waxy shampoos, get one that doesn't have so much wax, even a really cheap one like white rain, which is one of the top rated shampoos by chemists, and use it once a week or two weeks to wash out the buildup from the waxy stuff.
No. Garnier is one of those drug store brands you have to avoid! They have chemicals in them and is totally not good for your hair! Other shampoo's like Garnier are Pantene,Vive Pro,Herbal Essences,etc. Stay away from these shampoos!





Try using shampoo brands like Frizz Ease,Nexxus,Tresemme,Redken,Paul Mitchel,Bumble and Bumble,Mane n Tale,etc:)
yes it works magic on my hair.....sometimes i dont even have to use conditioner the shampoo already does the job :)
It didn't work for me.


my hair grew like it normally did.


it just had a great smell and that was basically it.
it's pretty good, i like the way it feels, but i don't think it really makes your hair grow all that fast or anything
i dont think it would. maybe strenth bit works...
it does! but i like pantene beautiful lengths better
it's decent, it won't make your hair just suddenly sprout though.
