What can you tell me about the Garnier Fructis shampoos, their dimethicones, and the Length & Strength shampoo

Anyone find the dimethicones in Fructis shampoospoos too coating? If so, would it be sufficient to simply use a clarifying shampoo once a week to remove build-up? Any success with the Length %26amp; Strength shampoo?What can you tell me about the Garnier Fructis shampoos, their dimethicones, and the Length %26amp; Strength shampoo
you don't even need a clarifying shampoo, just one without silicone, regular ole shampoo takes off the coating. I use a silicone shampoo twice then a regular one twice and back and forth, works well





the fructis shampoos are decent and the conditioners GOOD
