Is Garnier Fructis a good shampoo?

I've been using it for more than a year now.


my hair has turned really dry and frizzy and full of split ends. is the shampoo causing it?





what do i do? should i change my shampoo?Is Garnier Fructis a good shampoo?

The shampoooooos must also suit your hair, if it doesnot, give it a skip %26amp; try some thing new.I can suggestto you:-


1 Take yellow of the egg, add some lemon juice , apply on the hair %26amp; let them dry. wash and let them dry over your shoulders naturally.


2 Apply the normal curd to your hair, let it remain for 10 minutes %26amp; wash with a nice shampoo.Is Garnier Fructis a good shampoo?
well, fructis is ok, i used it for a few years.


personally .. i like dove better.


it's cheap, and it works.


shampoos really depend on your hair type.


it makes my hair really soft, and makes the color stand out well at least it has for mine.


but, if your hair is dyed with semi-perminate dye it will make your hair lighter .. you can see the dye coming out actually, so just be careful if you have dyed hair.


I'd also recommend going to a salon and getting your ends trimmed .. and maybe purchasing a moisturizing conditioner there.

it's not hard to find, check your local drug store.
it depends which type you are using. i have heard stories that sometimes people who use the one with moisture wash thier hair to much so they have oily hair. i use garnier fructis sleek and shine in the summer. its good for dry and frizzy hair. if you use the leave in conditioner along with the serum your hair will look beautiful. just try to limit washing your hair to every 2-3 days. hope i helped.
well you no i had the same problem and it made my hair really dry....so i started using herbal essence the red bottle. it makes your hair smell so good. and it looks healthy and thick and smooth!!!!!

yeah, i used that once, and it didnt work for me... change it to either herbal essences or head and shoulders.. if u have dandruff tho
